Privacy Policy

We only collect what the app needs to work:

• Account details — your name, email address, and a password (stored encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Profile information you choose to add — such as a bio, profile photo, location, or links to your social or personal sites.
• Content you create — your goals and challenges, daily progress logs, proof photos you upload, comments, reactions, and direct messages.
• Basic technical data — such as your time zone (so challenge days roll over at your local midnight) and, if you enable them, a device token used to deliver push notifications.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run the core features — challenges, streaks, the activity feed, leaderboards, circles, and messaging.
• To send reminders and notifications you have turned on.
• To keep the community safe, including reviewing content that people report and enforcing our rules.
• To respond to your support requests.

Hustle Forever is built around public accountability. Content you post to public challenges — your username, profile, daily logs, proof, comments, and reactions — is visible to other users by design. Direct messages are private between you and the people you message. You can block another user at any time to hide their content and stop them from messaging you.

We share your information only in these limited ways:

• Service providers who help us run the app — for example, our hosting provider and the service that delivers our emails. They may only process your data on our behalf.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, to authenticate you.
• Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

We never sell your personal data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deleting your account removes your personal data and your content from the app, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.

• Access or update your profile information in the app at any time.
• Control what appears on your public profile in Settings → Privacy.
• Turn notifications on or off in Settings.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Contact us to ask about the data we hold about you.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures. Connections to Hustle Forever use encrypted HTTPS, and passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Hustle Forever is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
