Final polish — added page transitions, optimized images, deployed to Vercel with custom domain. Portfolio is live! Shared it on Twitter and got some nice feedback.

Built out the project cards with hover effects, added an about section and contact form. Spent time getting the responsive layout right on mobile.

Picked a clean design direction — dark theme with accent colors. Set up Next.js and started building the hero section and navigation. Chose 3 projects to feature.
